class=\"grant-card\">\n    <h3>Award Notifications<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Financial aid award packages are e-mailed to those students whose files are complete by the priority date.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"grant-card\">\n    <h3>Award Conditions and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      All awards are based on your continued progress in your program of study. Be sure to read the emails for\n      conditions attached to your award. Every student must maintain attendance and grades. The student&#8217;s GPA should\n      be above 2.0. Aid will be suspended for lack of satisfactory academic progress.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"warning-box\">\n    <div class=\"warning-title\">| WARNING |<\/div>\n    <p>\n      YOU MUST ATTEND ALL OF YOUR CLASSES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDS FROM FEDERAL GRANTS!\n      YOU MUST DROP YOUR CLASSES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND\n      OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING TUITION.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"grant-card disbursement\">\n    <h3>Financial Aid Disbursement<\/h3>\n    <p>\n      Financial aid is awarded by the Financial Aid Office and disbursed by the CPU Business Office.\n      If your aid exceeds tuition and fees, the remaining balance will be issued via direct deposit.\n      For students outside the U.S.A., funds will be sent by international wire transfer.\n      If neither method is available, a check may be issued. All checks are valid for 6 months from\n      the issue date.
