Scholarship Opportunities
CPU offers various scholarships to qualified students that are separate from Federal Student Aid (Pell Grant, Federal Suppl- mental Education Opportunities Grant (FSEOG), and Federal Work Study (FWS), Loan Program) The Scholarship Committee has the task of screening the awarding for scholarships.
The Dean of Student Development is the for the overall coordination and direction of the scholarship program.
It is organized by these officials as follows: the President, the Dean of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Student Development, the Dean of Planning and External Cooperation, the Dean of online education, and the Fi- nancial Aid Officer. For more information, please refer to the school catalog.
Eligibility Requirements
All scholarships are subject to change depending on the awarding institution.
- Students that display good work ethic and apply their devotion in real life
- Registered Full time student – 12 units (BA)/9 units (MA)
- Prior semester average GPA above B that earned full time credit
- Scholarship application must be submitted on time each semester
- Scholarship amount exceeding the current semester tuition amount will be credited to the following semester
- Scholarship recipient will lose eligibility if they graduate or take a leave of absence in that semester

BA/MA programs
Full timestudent’s spouse or siblings:
15% oftuition each semester
Pastors: 15% oftuition each semester
Missionary:30% oftuition each semester (Must pro- vide proofofcommission from thesending institute each se- mester, must beregistered in 2 or moreclasses (6 units))
1.5 generation scholarship:20%
oftuition each semester (US Middleschool transcript or diploma must besubmitted)
*Other outsideScholarships: Application should besubmit- ted at thestart of each semester which will bereviewed and approved by thescholarship committee
