M.Div. in Culturally Competent Pastoral Leadership (English M.Div.)

This specialized M.Div. track prepares pastors to effectively lead diverse, multicultural congregations. Students develop intercultural communication skills, cross-cultural ministry competencies, and theological frameworks for addressing issues of race, ethnicity, and cultural identity in pastoral ministry.
